Rychelle Bedalov-Valde is a filmmaker with a focus in editing.
Rychelle graduated from Pacific University, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of the Arts in Media: Film/Video. Her interest in film has always been present even from an early age as she grew up watching VHS tapes and playing with the family video camera. Her years in school solidified her interest in many different art forms, she became familiar with fine art skills as well as with media.
In the Summer of 2017, Rychelle had the wonderful opportunity to intern with HouseSpecial, an animation company in Portland, Oregon. She was the Post Production Intern working in editorial. This amazing experience allowed her to learn how to use Avid Media Composer and introduced her to learning Flame, a program for intricate post production effects work. Since graduating, Rychelle has been exposed to hands on production experience in Portland, OR. She has worked as a Dailies Technician for Sim, an international company that provides end-to-end production services, on Hulu available shows Shrill and Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists.
